Core Words + Singable Books

➡️Here’s one way to incorporate core word learning with singable books!

👩‍💻📚Singable Book Club members have access to a core word list and visuals I created, which they can then print out and use alongside, or directly IN, each book.

✂️Sometimes, I laminate the words and Velcro them directly onto the pages. Other times, I use these little plastic envelopes (shoutout to @chatchampskids for showcasing these handy pockets on their account last year!) if I want to change out the core words we are working on/highlighting.

🐊🎵“Waking Up Is Hard to Do” is an example of a singable book that uses SO many core words in the chorus, that it’s handy to be able to switch words out without having to laminate/velcro each word. Just replace it in the little envelope and you’re good to go!
